Shipping

We ship our orders mainly with UPS. Your shipment is secured up to a value of goods until $100. All our prices indicated are in USD, applicable taxes are added at the checkout. We offer a free shipping on all orders within the US. 

Orders outside of the United States are sent from our international warehouse close to Berlin, Germany. If you are in the US but you need to have your order shipped anywhere else, please go to www.ucon-acrobatics.com and order there. 

Incoming orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays. Daily shipping cut off is 11 am EST, all orders that come in before that time start to travel the same day. Goods are being shipped from our warehouse in Miami Florida. Depending on your location it takes 2 - 5 days until orders arrive.

We currently accept payments by Credit Card (Visa & Master Card), PayPal Google Pay and Apple Pay. Amex and Discover cards are supported through the Paypal guest or member checkout.
