Manufacturing

  • Made in China by factories that are regularly audited by amfori BSCI
  • Bluesign® system partnership means we avoid harmful chemicals during production

Materials

  • Cork is cut into thin layers and then fixed to a silver waterproof film
  • All materials are REACH compatible and free of PVC & PFC
  • All fabrics are waterproof - for use in rainy weather, an additional protection of a rain cover is of advantage because water can get inside through the seams during heavy and long periods of rain

Components

  • Main Shell Material: 73% Polyurethane (PU), 25% Cork from Portugal, 1.8% Adhesive, 0.15% silver film, 0.05% water-based color pigments
  • Secondary Shell Material: 54% recycled Polyester (rPET), 46% thermoplastic Polyethylene (TPE)
  • Lining: 100% recycled Polyester (rPET)
  • Webbing Band: 100% recycled Polyester (rPET)
  • Metal Hardware: 100% Iron (FE)

Our daily shipping cut-off is 11:30 AM EST—orders placed before this time ship the same day. All goods are dispatched from our warehouse near Atlanta, Georgia. Depending on your location, delivery takes 2 to 6 business days.
